So you only saw the pricing upgrade for CRM because your regular CRM trial already includes the work management product and if you want to keep using the CRM after your trial period is over, you would pay to specifically add that to your account. You can’t use the charms without first having a bracelet to add them to.Ī monday account and a work management account are basically synonymous - you can’t have one without the other. The work management product is the bracelet part and the products are individual charms you add to the bracelet. This might not be the best analogy but I think of it as a charm bracelet.
